PROJECT OVERVIEW

Y2K supported the engineering team in conduction four Road Safety Audits (RSA) for the City and County of Denver (CCD), Department of Transportation and Infrastructure. Y2K was responsible for project coordination with the multidisciplinary team including CCD and the Colorado Department of Transportation, establishing methods and preliminary data analysis, conducting field reviews, and compiling final RSA reports. Tasks included preparing the pre-RSA stakeholder meeting presentations, conducting field reviews, developing short-ter and long-term improvements, presenting the preliminary findings to stakeholders, and completing the final findings an recommendations RSA report.
