This position will support the Owner/Principal in office operations and client-related needs. This position is primarily remote, with a minimum of 2 visits to the office each week for mail, company events, and scheduled meetings.
2-4 years’ experience in a professional organization (internships included). A/E/C industry experience a plus.
Must have a valid driver’s license.

Be Agile in the management of multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite programs.
Desire to lead a team and manage clients in the future.
Shall be capable of wearing many hats and provide support to principals in both personal and professional levels. Must be discrete and have a “can do” attitude who is a competent multi-tasker possessing a drive to handle all projects with tact and precision.
Support the administrative needs of the Owner
Preparing mailings.
Checking mail and performing bank deposits at least twice a week.
General office, common areas, and plant maintenance.
Oversee office organization and inventory control (supplies and equipment).
Provides support or leads company events, such as annual holiday party or client appreciation events.
Newsletters, employee anniversary recognition, boosting morale through team chats, team events, etc.
Run local errands as requested
Record and maintain certificates of insurance (training provided)
Support the administrative needs of the Company
Schedule meetings, drive time, lunches, and manage calendars
Monitor emails on behalf of Principal and respond, and execute as applicable
Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
Answer phone calls and emails and take messages
Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation
Coordinate events and speaking engagements
Support the administrative needs of the Accounting Clerk/Manager, such as
Administer credit card payment for vendors when authorized
Obtaining and filing receipts and documentation for accounts payable
Other administrative duties as assigned

This position will report to the Owner and Principal of the firm.
This position will not have direct reports.
Overnight travel is not anticipated.
