Mark attended Northern Arizona University majoring in Civil Engineering and returned to the valley to begin working at Y2K Engineering. At NAU, Mark was a member of the ASCE NAU Student Chapter and was a social media coordinator where he managed the club’s social media accounts to provide updates and share previous and upcoming events. While in school, Mark also gained an interest in transportation and wanted to participate in making roads safer for drivers, pedestrians, and cyclists in urban areas. Mark’s current role is an engineering designer where he assists with traffic impact analyses. He enjoys traveling to new places, snowboarding, and spending time outdoors.
