PROJECT OVERVIEW

Y2K Engineering is performing the safety and multimodal analysis for the Santa Fe Planning & Environmental Linkages (PEL) Study for the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT). Tasks include investigating the corridor for safety hot spots and presenting alternatives at intersections along the corridor that can be implemented in the short term. Additionally, Y2K is working with the project team to expand on the CDOT Safety Assessment Report and further analyze CDOT crash data along the corridor. This ongoing project will develop preferred short-term and long-term alternatives and define a purpose and need statement.
